Mireille Von Trap Hall, Realtor with Keller Williams, is the best agent I've ever worked with. I've owned and sold homes over the years but will only use her moving forward. I purchased my dream home in 2017 with Mireille. I wanted a 4 bed room home with a swimming pool that wasn't over 30 years old. Mireille let me know initially that would be very tough to find in Oakley within my price range. She showed me houses with my criteria so That I could readjust my thing however, Mireille took it a step further and found me a home that was showing 3 bed rooms but had an additional 2 rooms added. My dream home has 5 bedrooms with a pool and at the time was 22 years old.
Original purchase price for the home was 420,000. She was able to negotiate the price down to 400,000 and even got me a seller's credit towards closing costs. She also knew that my home in Oakley was in the USDA parameters, so she put me with a lender who could provide me with a USDA loan where I got a cheaper interest rate and they also provided money towards my closing cost. I paid 5,000 for the deposit and only had to bring in 6,000 to close. I purchased my dream home for 11,000. My house now is worth over 750K.
