Our goal is to confidentially match buyers with their dream home through ‘My Off Market.’ Simultaneously we provide sellers with prequalified serious buyers as a preliminary step to increase probabilities in the traditional Real Estate market. Here at ‘My Off Market’ we give both buyers and sellers opportunities to make the missed connections and help dreams come true. Both the purchasing and selling of a home are major life events with great impact. We want it to be the best match it can be!


Our Purpose
Our platform allows buyers and sellers to create secure anonymous profiles. ‘My Off Market’ will deliver on matching buyers and sellers based on criteria and timing. The app/Website/platform offers a safe, discreet, way to input your wish list for a home, without being unprepared for a lot of realtors and lenders. We will only contact you when we find a true ‘My Off Market’ match for you. Your contact information will not be sold or shared. Privacy is our top priority!
For many buyers it’s hard to find just the right home when they are ready to buy. There are many missed opportunities because the buyers and sellers do not know about each other. Much of the home searching process is dependent on what is currently on the market, at the time the buyers start looking. While sellers are subject to the current buyer pool actively searching, when they go on the market. In turn some sellers may want to sell but have hesitations or only want to sell if the right offer, at the right price comes in.
Without having to put your home on the full market and display your full address and name, as well as not having people in your home with open houses and showings, ‘My Off Market’ allows you to attract only serious buyers that have been fully vetted by lenders.
How It Works
- Each buyer and seller submits their identity and contact information, all will be kept confidential and will not be shared with any other sources.
- The seller will be able to input photos and criteria of the home and show case it without the pressure of a full standard listing or any contracts.

- After a match is made we will ask the buyers get prequalified with a lender and we will verify the sellers ownership of the property.
- Should both buyer and seller want to discus further or set up a showing of the home we will facilitate a meeting with a licensed realtor hand picked from our team.
- Should both properties decide to move forward standard realtor fees will be applied and are negotiable on a case by case basis, and only due at the close of escrow.
- If a seller does decide to take their home to the full market with a standard listing we will ask them to take the home off, ‘My Off Market’. Buyers are encouraged to keep working with a realtor if they already have one.

Mireille von Trapp-Hall is a well rounded Realtor with over nine years of expertise. Outside of Real Estate, Mireille is an in-depth individual with a grand family background. Originally, Mireille is from Vermont, where her Grandmother’s family from Austria settled. They are the famous "Trapp Family Singers,” popularly known from the holiday movie The Sound of Music. Mireille also comes from a large childhood family who are very important to her.
She enjoys the outdoors, often hiking with her family and dog, and enjoys all sorts of recreation, like soccer and swimming. In her teenage years, she was a competitive cross-country skier and went to the Junior Olympics at 15 years of age. This ingrained discipline and dedication to a sport carry over throughout all aspects of her profession. With half her life now spent in the Bay Area, it has become home for her and her growing family.
